Refund & Cancellation Policy
Digital Goods
Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds are generally not available after product delivery or license activation.
Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be issued if the product is defective, not as described, or duplicate payment occurred. Contact support within 7 days of purchase.
Cancellation
Pending orders may be cancelled before approval. Approved orders cannot be cancelled once access is granted.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
